Vehicle Benefits Specialist
Your role as a Vehicle Benefits Specialist is to be the expert on all vehicle related matters, providing value-added advice to your clients on: vehicle selection, vehicle sourcing, vehicle finance, vehicle tax and ongoing vehicle management.
We have the best proprietary technology in the industry and our training process is second to none.
To begin with, you will be taking warm inbound calls / enquiries. Over time you will progress to managing and developing some of your own accounts and dealing with drivers from our larger corporate clients.
You must be able to develop a personal connection with your clients that will lead to long term relationships. You are proactive in 'going the extra mile' for your clients and as a result they become ambassadors and are a source of referrals and renewal business for you.
What you will need to be successful as a Vehicle Benefits Specialist:
- You must have a passion for cars
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Self-managing and driven
- Well articulated, skilled, confident communicator that is highly analytical
- Sound computer skills - preferably CRM savvy, Excel, Outlook, Word etc
- Salary packaging industry experience highly desirable
