Sydney Area

Key objectives of the role are to:

 

  • Identify and develop new relationships with MDs, CFOs and HR Directors of Small, Medium and Large Organisations in Australia
  • Win new exclusive business contracts with employers to provide novated leasing services to their employees
  • Implement vehicle benefit programs and drive unit and revenue growth for the business

QLD State Manager

Brisbane Area


The State Manager role is a newly created role that will drive growth in Queensland. Autopia has serviced QLD from its Sydney head office with great success over the last ten years (we have a number of blue chip clients in QLD) and this new appointment will build on this success, demonstrating our long term commitment to the region.

With a heavy focus on business development/new client acquisition, the State Manager will also be responsible for strategic account management of our existing and well established clients in QLD. Initially a highly autonomous individual contributor role, the objective will be to build the QLD business to a volume that justifies onboarding of additional account management and business development resources (reporting to the State Manager) in the future.

To support the business development objectives of the State, the State Manager will utilise the resources of the Sydney office including the Marketing Team and an Account Support Manager (Sydney-based) who will manage all administrative account enquiries.

Key objectives of the role are to:

Sales Consultant

Sydney area


As a consultant at Autopia you get to talk to people about cars, all day, every day.

The scope of this position allows you to become involved in the end-to-end management of the process, from providing vehicle selection advice, through finance and tax, sourcing the vehicle, and ongoing management of the client and their car.

Over time, you’ll progress to managing and developing some of your own accounts and dealing with drivers from our larger corporate clients. You will develop a personal connection with your clients, which leads to fruitful long-term relationships and additional referral business for you.

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you:
