I would rate Autopia’s services as best in class – from both the business and employee perspective. Personally I have dealt with a number of leasing/salary packaging providers and Autopia clearly stands out. Companies like ResMed need to be efficient in managing their business and in turn the benefits offered to employees – Autopia makes this possible when it comes to motor vehicle leasing. Often employees who are dissatisfied with salary packaging don’t fully understand the budgeting, FBT and end of lease issues which can result in dissatisfaction – the Autopia consultants ensure that employees are fully informed and don’t find unexpected surprises down the track! Employees see the value in the investment of their time on the initial consultation. Salary packaging is essential for businesses to offer in order to be an "employer of choice". Excluding the not-for-profit organisations, there are now very limited major packaging options left, except for motor vehicles and superannuation.
